Swim Gear & Team Suit Information

🧢 Swim Caps

• One swim cap is included with registration.
• Swimmers must wear a cap at all practices (any brand is fine).
• Swimmers must wear a Windward Waves cap at all meets.

👙 Swimsuits

• Suits should fit snugly—loose suits create drag and slow swimmers down.
• Girls are required to wear a one‑piece swimsuit.
• The official team suit is available for purchase! 
• Meet and Greet date TBD.

🥽 Goggles

• Bring two pairs of goggles to both practices and meets.
• Goggles with masks are not permitted.

🧵 Towels

• Bring one towel to practices.
• Bring two towels to meets.

👟 Sneakers

• Swimmers should bring sneakers for dry‑land practice in case of inclement weather or cold pool temperatures.
